Our Research Standard

We don't recommend a property until it clears a nine-step research process. That spans suburb fundamentals, rental yield modelling, developer track record, build quality, vacancy risk, comparable sales, independent valuation, legal review, and long-term portfolio fit. If a property doesn't clear all nine, we move on.

This standard applies to every property we consider - regardless of developer relationship, builder remuneration, or market timing pressure.

No fixed threshold. In your strategy session, we look at your full picture - income, existing assets, debt, and goals - and tell you honestly what's realistic right now and what a 12-month roadmap might look like.

Even better starting point. We often work with people optimising an existing portfolio before adding to it. Bring your current lending setup and we'll work from there.
